Aluminium iPhone & a Fat iPad With Higher Resolution Display? Apple’s Summer 2012 Line-Up.
If you ask me, honestly speaking, I am still kickin’ it old school, i truly love my iPhone4. Just don’t wanna’ “upgrade” it to 4S. SIRI, 1080p HD video recording, 1Ghz Dual Core Processor didn’t actually buy me. Although it actually means a lot. But i don’t know ,i am still having high hopes for summer 2012 & now that this info. just came to us, i can hardly wait for 2012 to come!!! Who knows what apple might have to offer then?
If iLounge is to be believed, then hopefully by the summer of 2012 we all can get back to our lil’ game of “rumors”. A “VERY” reliable source in apple gave insights about possible upcoming products.
- A kick-ass third-gen. iPad will come out somewhat thicker (0.7mm) in order to accommodate the twin light bar system needed for its higher-resolution display. It’s currently on track for a March timeframe release, and according to our source could be publicly shown as early as January (again, hopefully).
- The next-gen. iPhone (yes, the insider used the words “next-gen” & not iPhone5) will not look like the much talked about teardrop-shaped version that was rumored for release before 4s. We’ve been told that the device will have a 4-inch display and will be 8mm longer than before, with a metal casing (probably aluminum). It is on track to be introduced in summer of 2012, and is still in the engineering phase, not early production. We suspect that poor battery life doomed the prior prototype version, and that this one is being built with LTE-ready battery drain in mind.
- 2012 will also be the year when the MacBook Pro line finally gets its new design. We are in favour of a thinner version.
Let’s see what really happens. My money is on the new range on MacBook Pro line. Cant’ really say anything for sure about the iPhone with an aluminium back (it will look stunning). Whatever happens, iBlogApple will keep you posted.
